Sūryagrahe mahānaddyām pratimasannidhou

Translation:
One who imparts (the Atharvashirsha) properly to
eight Brahmins becomes as radiant as the Suryavarchasvi bhavatin.
One who repeats (the Atharvashirsha) japa at the time
of the Suryagrahe mahanaddyām pratimasannidhou
vä japtva siddhamantro bhavati.
Mahavighnatpramuchhyate.
Mahadoshatpramuchhyate.
Mahápratyavāyātpramuchhyate.
Sa sarvidbhavati sa sarvavidbhavati
Ya evam veda.
Translation:
One who imparts (the Atharvashirsha) properly to
eight Brahmins becomes as radiant as the Sun.
One who repeats (the Atharvashirsha) japa at the time
