346. Seated in the pericarp of the lotus (Padmanabhah).
Vya. His navel is like the shape of a lotus.

As he is meditated upon in the centre of the lotus of
the heart.

Through food and life-energy (Prana). Or he who

Vya. The Gita (10-40) says: There is no end to my
divine manifestations, O conqueror of enemies."

Vya. He is full of his own power.

Vya. The great Garuda is his vehicle.
