Vidyas and the auxiliary Sciences. The Pauranikas say that
at the beginning of evolution He, in the form of Hayagriva,
slew Madhu and Kaitabha, the two Asuras, instructed
Brahma in all the Vedas and other Vidyas, and taught the
Asuras the sciences contradictory to the Vedic teachings.
