Siva is the author of the work. It consists of 50 leaves
written in Devanagari character, and describes the Prayoga, wor-
ship and Yantra of Tärä-devi also called Dvitiya or second of the
ten Mahavidyā. This book is rare and the copy seen is old
and apparently correct. It is noticed in the Catalogue of Sans-
krit MSS. in N.W.P., part i., p. 184.
