on the recommendation of the Provincial "Toxt
Book Committee been placed on the list of book
sanctioned for the libraries or secondary schools
of this presidency and the sanction will
noticed in Indian Education in due course.

I oply to your letter dated the 18th October,
1913, forwarding 5 copies of "Sanskrit Sandarva"
by Vidhushekhar Sastri (Second edition-revised)
for examination, I have the honour to say that
this edition of the book has been approved as an
Alternative Text-Book for class VII of High
English schools in Eastern Bengal. The book
will be included in accordance with the usual pro-
cedure in the list of alternative text-books autho-
rised for use in aided schools in the Dacca,
Chittagong and Rajshahi Divisions.
