एवमुक्त
अचिरेणाश्रमं भ्रातुश्चकार सुमहाबलः ॥
Being thus addressed by Rama, Laksh-
mana, of great strength and the van-
quisher of enemy heroes, constructed
quickly the hermitage for his brother.
स तं दृष्ट्वा कृतं सौम्यमाश्रमं सह सीतया ।
राघवः पर्णशालायां न्यवसत् सुसुखं वशी ॥
Seeing the delightful hermitage (duly
completed,) Rama, with his senses under
control, lived happily in that leafy
arbour, along with Sita.
तं देशं राक्षसी काचिदाजगाम य
By chance, a certain demoness came to
that spot.
राममिन्दीवरश्यामं प्रियमप्रियदर्शना ।
शरीरजसमाविष्टा राक्षसी वाक्यमब्रवीत् ॥
