antagonism is fanned up by already disaffected
persons, enemies and forest rulers.

This term occurs severally in the Aitareya Brāh-
maņa (VIII. 14 to VIII. 19) in the context of the

Kingship on earth. In Aitareya Brāhmaṇa,
