Bhakti is divided into two kinds, viz., Apara

Bhakti or Gauna Bhakti and Para Bhakti. Apara

Bhakti is the lower or initial stage of devotion of an

aspirant following the path of Bhakti, while Para

Bhakti is the highest stage of Bhakti.
