(vakrapuspa); in one of the varieties they are red
(raktapuspa). Fruits are long (dirghaphalaka ). It

Priyanighantu adds two synonyms-simsapa-
patraka (having leaves like those of simsapă) and
ardhendupuspaka (having flowers of semi-lunar
shape).

3. Actions-antitoxic and wound-healing.
