Snuhiī (Euphorbia neriifolia Linn.) is a plant

with sharp twin spines ( vajrakantṇṭaka, yugmakantṇṭaka,

vyāghranakha ). Stem is stick-like ( dandṇḍavrksa ) and
ṛkṣa ) and
nodular (granthila). The plant contains profuse latex

almost in all parts ( ksīriī, bahuksīra, samantadugdhā,

sudhā ) causing injury to eye ( netrāri ). Leaves are
