३. क्षीरशुक्ला (प० ) – क्षीरमिव शुक्लवर्णकन्दा ।
४. गजवाजीष्टा (अ०) – गजाना वाजिनाञ्च प्रिया ।
५. पलाशिकी (अ०) – पलाशस्येव पलाशानि पत्राण्यस्याः ।
६. बिडालिका (ध०) – बिडालानां प्रिया ।
७. भूमिकूष्माण्डः (प०) –भूम्यन्तर्गतः कूष्माण्डसदृशः कन्दोऽ-
स्याः ।
८. वल्लीकन्दपलाश: (सो०) – पलाशसदृशः किन्तु वल्लीरूपः
सकन्दश्च ।
९. वृष्यकन्दा (ध०) – वृष्यः कन्दोऽस्याः ।
१०. शुक्लकन्दा (अ०) – शुक्लः श्वेतवर्णः कन्दोऽस्याः ।
११. शृगालिका (अ०) – शृगालप्रिया ।
१२. स्वादुकन्दा (भा०) - स्वादुर्मधुरः कन्दोऽस्याः ।
 
Vidārī ( Pueraria tuberosa DC. ) is an exten-
sively spreading weak plant with trifoliate leaves like
Hollate leaves mine
those of palāśa (palāśikā) which are eaten with
relish by elephants and horses (gajavājipriyā). The
tuber is of big size similar to kūsmāṇḍa (bhūmi-
kūsmāṇḍa) which crackens the surface of the ground
( vidārī ). It is white (śuklakandaā, ksṣiraśuklā ), sweet
(svādukandaā), with aroma of sugarcane (iksṣugandhaā)
and liked by jackals (śrṛgālika) and wild cats
( bidaḍālikā ). It is aphrodisiac in action ( vrsṛṣyakanda ā).
