Nāmarūpajñānam
 
Patāṭala ( Stereospermunm suaveolens DC. ) is a big

tree emerged from seeds ( phaleruhā ) and blossom-

ing in spring ( madhudūtī, alivallabhā ). Flowers are

copper-coloured ( tamrapusāmrapuṣpī ) resembling pitcher or

kumbhī flowers ( kumbhipuspīpuṣpī ) with black pedu-
and
uncle ( kācasthali, krsnavrntakusumā ) and fragrant
with stable aroma ( sthiragandhā) used for scenting
water (ambuvāsinncle ( kācasthālī, patalakṛṣṇavṛntakusumā ) and fragrant with stable aroma ( sthiragandhā) used for scenting
water(ambuvāsinī, pāṭalā). Seeds are shaped like eye
ball (kuberāks
ball (kuberākṣi). It is an unfailing drug (amoghā).
