Though the Kavyam is simple in style, the commentary, thereon,
is, without any exaggeration, a typical example of the saying :
व्याख्यानतो विशेषप्रतिपत्तिः' that the commentary has revealed several
more unthought of merits and excellences embodied or implied
in the text.
The services of Sastriji are praiseworthy in having placed
this commentary in the hands of the reading public, in a manner
very very useful even to those who are not sufficiently grounded in
Sanskrit.
