Then, when Arjuna's performance was
almost finished, there entered the spacious
arena, like a mountain on feet, the valorous
Karna, wearing the armour with which he
was born, his face lit by ear rings, with
a bow (in his hand) and a sword tied (to
his waist).
 
स निरीक्ष्य महाबाहुस्सर्वतो रङ्गमण्डलम् ।
प्रणामं द्रोणकृपयोर्नात्याहृतमिवाकरोत् ॥
