अपतत्सुमहद्वर्षे पुष्पाणां पुण्यगन्धिनाम् ॥
At the end of these words of the
intelligent Kuru king, Duryodhana, a very
big shower of fragrant flowers fell.
ततस्ते प्रययुस्सर्वे निवासाय महीक्षितः ।
शङ्खान्प्रध्याययन्तो वै हृष्टाः परिघ
Then all those kings of bolt-like arms,
went to their camps, jubilant and blowing
their conches.
अथाब्रवीन् [महाराज] वासुदेवो महायशाः ।
'अस्माभिर्मङ्गलार्थाय वस्तव्यं शिबिराद्
तथेत्युक्
Then the renowned Krishna said:" We

To calm Gandhari who was incensed
by her sorrow, Krishna then went to
Hastinapura.
