UDYOGA PARVA

Seeing that terrible form of the great

Krishna, the frightened kings closed

their eyes.

Lord Krishna gave them the divine

eye; bowing with their head, they stood

with folded arms and extolled the Lord.

Then that greatest of inmen, Krishna,

withdrew his form. King Dhritarashtra

again spoke :

"Krishna, tormentor of your enemies,

what influence I have over my sons, must

have become clear to you who have been

seeing (all this ) ; there is nothing unknown

to you. Knowing this plight of mine, you

must not suspect me very much."
