'साम्नैव कुरुभिस्सन्धिमिच्छन्ति कुरुपुङ्गवाः ।

ते भवन्तो यथा धर्ममं यथासमयमेव च

प्रयच्छन्तु प्रदातव्यं मा वः कालोऽत्यगादयम्॥'

Through peaceful means only do the

illustrious Pandavas desire peace with

the Kauravas; therefore, in keeping with

Dharma and the agreement, may you

give what ought to be given; let there be

no delay."
 

 
धृतराष्ट्र:-

'पाण्डवानां हितं चैव सर्वस्य जगतस्तथा ।

चिन्तयित्वा तु पार्थेभ्यः प्रेषयिष्यामि सञ्जयम्।

स भवान्प्रतियात्वद्य पाण्डवानेव मा चिरम् ॥
