Harivāyustuti with English Translation /21

अस्याविष्कर्तुकाम कलिमलकलुषेऽस्मिन् जने ज्ञानमार्ग
गं
वन्द्यं चन्द्रेन्द्ररुद्र द्युमणिफणिवयोनायकाद्यैरिहाद्य ।

मध्वाख्यं मन्त्रसिद्धं किमुत कृतवतो मारुतस्यावतारं

पातारं पारमेष्ठ्यं पदमपविपदः प्राप्तुरापन्नपुंसाम् ॥ ४ ॥

asyāviṣkartukamamāma kalimalakaluşṣe' sminjane
jñānamārgam
vandyaṃ candrendrarudra dyumaṇiphaṇivayo-nāyakā-
dyairihādya ।
madhvākhyaṃ mantrasiddhaṃ kimuta kṛtavato
mārutasyāvatāraṃ
pātāraṃ pārameṣṭhyaṃ padamapavipadaḥ prāpturā
panna puṃsām ॥ 4 ॥
 
It is needless for me to say that I am unable to praise Śrī
Vāyu who is desirous of revealing (propagating) the way of
correct knowledge to the (deserving) jane

vandyam ivas who are badly affecandrendrarudra dyumaṇiphanivayoted
by the defect of Kali age. Śrī Vāyu is worthy of being saluted
and praised by Moon-nayakagod, Indra, Rudra, Sun -
dyairirihadya I
 
madhvakhyam mantrasiddham kimuta ketavato
 
marutasy avatāram
 
Palarun paramesthyan padamapavipadan praptura-
panna pumsam ll4ll
 
It is needless for me to say that I am unable to praise Śrī
Vayu who is desirous of revealing god, Sesa (propagating) the way of
correct knowledge to the (deserving) jivas who are badly affected
by the defect of Kali age. Śrī Vāyu is worthy of being saluted
and praised by Moon-god, Indra, Rudra, Sun - god, Sesa (the
the
lord of serpents), Garudḍa (the lord of birds) and all other jivas.

He is protecting those (virtuous) persons seeking his protection

and is known by Balitthaā and other hymns. He has incarnated

Śrī Madhva in this country and in Kali age and will obtain

the post of Brahmaā and is free from all kinds of adversities.

वीर्योद्धार्यायां गदाग्र्यामयमिह सुमतिं वायुदेवो विदध्या

दध्यात्मज्ञाननेता यतिवरमहितो भूमिभूषामर्णि मे॥ ५ ॥
