लक्ष्मीकान्त समन्ततो विकलयन्नैवेशितुस्ते समं
पश्यःम्युत्तमवस्तु दूरतरतोपास्तं रसो योष्टमः ।
यद्रोषोत्कर दक्षनेत्र कुटलि प्रान्तोत्थिताग्नि स्फुरत् -
ख द्योतोपमविस्फुलिङ्ग भसिता ब्रह्मेशशक्रोत्कराः ॥ २ ॥
 
lakṣmīkānta samantato vikalayannaiveśituste samaṁ
paśyāmyuttamavastu dūratarato pāstaṁ raso yoyo'ṣṭamaḥ ।
yadroṣotkara dakṣanetra kuṭali prāntotthitāgni sphurat-
khadyotopama visphuliṅga bhasitā brahmeśa śakrot-
karāḥ ॥ ll 2 ll
 
Oh, the Consort of Lakṣmī ! Although I made an all-
round study of the Śāstras, I do not at all find anything
equal to you who are the master. The thing superior to
you is (therefore) flung far and it is similar to the eighth
taste. Brahma, Śiva, Indra and their hosts are reduced to
ashes by the sparks of fire resembling the sparkling glow-
worm and issuing from the curved edge of your right eye
filled with masses of wrath.

श्रीमद्विष्ण्वङ्घ्रि निष्ठातिगुणगुरुतम श्रीमदानन्दतीर्थ-
त्रैलोक्याचार्य पादोज्ज्वल जलजलसत्पांसवोऽस्मान् पुनन्तु ।
वाचां यत्र प्रणेत्री त्रिभुवनमहिता शारदा शारदेन्दुः-
ज्योत्स्ना भद्रस्मितश्री धवलितककुभा प्रेमभारं बभार ॥
