I have great pleasure in going through the work
Dhvanyaloka Paribhasika Padakosa written by Dr. Rani Sadasiva
Murty, Reader, Sahitya Department, R.S.Vidyapeeth, Tirupati. He
mastered the work for all these years and prepared the lexicon of
the terminology.
The idea is very illustrious and useful to the students who
wish to have the knowledge of the work Dhvanyaloka. In the present
syllabus almost all the institutions with Sanskrit have this work for
study.
P
The methodology taken up by the present author is apt and
the language is chaste. The subject matter is in simple style and hav-
ing analytical treatment. This method of probing is very much needed
for research. No doubt it generates keen interest in this splendid
Sastra Dhvanyaloka.
I appreciate the author's critical insight into various aspects
of Anandavardhanas genius. The present author Dr. Rani Sadasiva
Murty has a powerful expression befitting his requirements as a good
researcher. I wish him all the success.
