उद्धवः-

मा खिद्यतं महाभागौ दृश्द्रक्ष्यथः कृष्णमन्तिके ।

अन्तर्हहृदि स भूतानामास्ते ज्योतिरिवैधसि ॥
 

Uddhava-

Blessed (Nanda and Yasoda !) do not

feel pained; you shall see Krishna by

your side. Like fire within the wood, He

is within the heart of (all) beings.

'नह्यस्यास्ति प्रियः कश्चिन्नाप्रियो वाऽस्त्यमानिनः ।

नोत्तमो नाधमो वाऽपि समानस्यासमोऽपि वा ।
 

"To Him who does not have the sense

of "my", there is none who is (specially)

dear, and none who is (specially)

inimical; to Him who is equanimous

(towards all), there is none who is

superior, inferior or not equal.
