arrived with manifold presents in their

गोप्यञ्चाकर्ण्य मुदिता यशोदायास्सुतोद्भवम् ।

आत्मानं भूषयाञ्च क्रुर्वस्त्राकल्पाञ्जनादिभिः ।

हरिद्राचूर्णतैलाद्भिः सिञ्चन्त्योऽजनमुज्जगुः ॥
 

And the cowherd women, delighted to

hear of the birth of a son to Yasoda,
