with the liberated soul who has no desire

indifferent to everything?
जानन्नपि न जानाति पश्यन्नपि न पश्यति ।

निर्वासनात् ऋते Except the desireless one अन्यः other

भिक्षुर्वा भूपतिर्वापि यो निष्कामः स शोभते ।
भावेषु गलिता यस्य शोभनाशोभना मतिः ॥ ६१ ॥
यस्य Whose भावेषु at things शोभनाशोभना good and evil
मति: view गलिता dropped य: who निष्काम: unattached सः
he भिक्षु: mendicant वा whether भूपतिः king अपि (exple-
tive) or excels.
91. Be he a mendicant or a king, he
excels who is unattached and whose' view
of things has been freed from the sense of
good and evil.
