9. Such thoughts' as 'this indeed am
I' and 'this I am not' are annihilated
for the Yogi who has become silent by
knowing for certain all as Self.

knowledge when all is revealed as Self and nothing
but Self-all dual conceptions vanish. The Yogi then
realizes that he is all.]

न सुखं न च वा दुःखमुपशान्तस्य योगिनः ॥ १० ॥

10. The Yogi who has attained tran-
quillity, has no distraction, no concentra-
tion, no excess of knowledge, no ignor-
ance, no pleasure, or no pain.

has his mind in a perfectly balanced and tranquil
state. No distraction whatsoever, therefore, can
affect his equanimity. He has a perfect poise.
