अथ कृत्-प्रत्ययानुसारेण लिख्यते
अथ कथम्--
तं देशं विशति विभाण्डकस्य सूनौ
संदेशं बलमथनस्य संदधानः ।
पर्जन्यः प्रकटमगर्जदम्बरस्थो
वर्ष्टारं तमभिननन्द पौरबृन्दम् ॥

इत्यत्र वर्ष्टारमिति प्रयोगः । वृषु सेचने इति धातोः (भौवादिकस्य) ण्वुल्-
तृचौ (३-१-१३३) इति सूत्रेण तृचि कृते आर्धधातुकस्येड् वलादेः (७-२-३५)
इत्यनेन इडागमे वर्षितारमिति स्यादिति चेत्--सत्यम् । प्रमाद एवायमित्येके ।
केचित्तु--निलोट्--इत्येव सिद्धे आनि लोट् (८-४-१६) इति सूत्रकरणात्
ज्ञापकात् आगमशास्त्रमनित्यम् [^205] । ततश्च प्राप्तोऽपि इडागमो न भवतीति
समादधुः ।
अथ कथम्--
मयाङ्ग पृष्टः कुलनामनी भवानमू विमुच्यैव किमन्यदुक्तवान् ।
न मह्यमत्रोत्तरधारयस्य किं ह्रियेऽपि सेयं भवतोऽधमर्णता ॥
(नैषधे ९-३)
इति श्रीहर्ष प्रयोगः । अत्रोत्तरं धारयतीति विग्रहे अनुपसर्गाल्लिम्पविन्दधारी-
तिसूत्रं (३-१-१३८) विप्रतिषेधे परं कार्यम् (१-४-२) इतिपरिभाषासूत्रबलाद्
बाधित्वा कर्मण्यण् (३-२-१) इतिसूत्रविहितः अण्प्रत्ययः प्राप्नोति । ततश्च
सूत्रधारादिवद् रूपं स्यात् इति चेत्--सत्यम् । अत्राहुः । कर्मणः शेषत्वविवक्षायाम्
अणः अप्राप्त्या अनुपसर्गेतिसूत्रविहिते शे (प्रत्यये) कृते शेषषष्ठ्यन्तेन समासो
भविष्यतीति[^206]।

Nāgeśa in his Paribhāṣenduśekhara rejects this Paribhāṣā. There is no re-
